So happy to have gotten married in May of 2018.  It is never too late.  I am having a great time in Los Angeles.  Love being with my husband and very best friend.  Looking forward to seeing old friends at the reunion.  I have my own company but am still singing.  Just google my name and you will see how to get to soundcloud.com to hear my original stuff.

Have fun everyone.  That's the only way to go.

I have been blessed my entire life. I have traveled to five of the seven continents. I have lived from coast to coast. My children are healthy & successful. I have 10 grandchildren & 2 great-grandchildren. I'm an adventurous woman. I love experiencing and learning new things. God willing I won't slow down until they nail my coffin shut.  I was pretty much wallpaper iin high school so you probably don't remember me.  I look forward to making connections with the people I did know and maybe making some new friends. Can't belive time has gone by so fast, been married to classmate Bob Crawford for 44-years.  We have lived in Tulsa all along.  Bob sold his company a few years ago and bought a sailboat that we keep in Sarasota, FL.  We have always been sailors, bought our first boat the first year we were married.  I have worked at a family owned fire equipent company with one of my brothers that our parents started in 1945.  We each have one of our kids working there so third generation taking over (soon I hope!)  My most proud accomplishment is our two kids and seven grandkids.   Send Betty a MessageSend Betty a Message

I married my husband Frank in 1970 and attended Oklahoma State University. We have two children who both live in the Tulsa area. They have blessed us with five grandchildren. My husband owned an engineering firm here in Tulsa. I worked at their office for about 15 years. We attend church at Arrow Heights Baptist Church in Broken Arrow. Retirement is wonderful. We have a small travel trailer and love to travel. Several trips both abroad and in the states have been on our agenda with many more on our “bucket list”. We will celebrate 49 years of marriage in August. Our most favorite hobbies are golf and fishing. I’m looking forward to October.

Russ and I recently celebrated our 49th anniversary. When Russ retired in 2012, we sold our house, did some hardcore downsizing so that everything we owned fit into a small storage unit and a 40’ RV. Then we took off for a three-year road trip, crisscrossing the country and northeastern Canada. We never found a place more beautiful than the Pacific Northwest though so we came back to the Seattle area where we live now. The last 50 years for us have been more like riding the roller coaster than the ferris wheel—some unexpected twists and turns but never boring. Vital Stats: 2 kids, 3 grandkids, 1 great-grandchild(!)

Jeff Jones
management consultant www.delta-ac.com Married 3
After graduation I headed to the University of Michigan and studied engineering science. Dale Shusterman from our class also ended up in Ann Arbor. I stayed at UM for 5 1/2 years ending up with a master's degree in public policy.

That degree took me to the Nation's Capital and a first job at US EPA working in pesticide regulation. After 2 1/2 years I left Federal service for the private sector and the consulting business. Initially most of my work was for the American Petroleum Institute...you can take a boy out of the oil patch but not the oil patch out of the boy. By the early 80's my wife and I formed a small consulting firm specializing in health and safety regulatory matters and later pesticide regulation. Still working and two of our three offspring are now part of a company of ten.

Many of you will remember my AFS foreign exchange student brother, Rudi Bauer. Rudi lives in Vienna and also became an entrepreneur focusing in information technology and data science. He worked for IBM Europe for a long time before starting his own business. We have remained close through the years and end up on the same continent 1-2 times a year. I'll be visiting Vienna in December to run a workshop on international regulatory issues affecting production and use of biopesticides and biostimulants.

My wife and I recently celebrated our 40th anniversary and have three children ranging from 31-37. Two of the boys are relatively close by but we fear that we've lost our daughter to the Left Coast (SFO).

I look forward to catching up with my MHS classmates next month. Between now and then, I'll be attending my other reunion in Findlay, OH. I did 10th and the first half of 11th grade in Ohio before finishing in OK.

After college, I ended up in New Orleans where I met and married Dennis. We now lived in San Antonio for 33 years and love it. I worked in hospital ministry for 10 years and have now been in bereavement ministry for 13 years, conducting seminars, workshops and one on one grief coaching.  I also write and do some watercolor painting.
Dennis and I have been to India many times, involved inprimarily orphanages and mission work there. He is retired and we are trying to check off our travel bucket list - perfect since I love photography and he's  a foodie of different cusines. We have 2 married children and 2  grandchildren!
Life is good but I'm still trying to grasp that its been 50 years since high school!
